Date extended for Edu. Assistance
Students studying engineering or technical education in government or government-recognised private colleges and who received the first educational assistance for Minorities in 2007-08 or 2008-09 can renew their application for the assistance before September 15.
According to a press release from the District Collector, the application should be submitted at the respective educational institution with the advertisement that appeared on July 11 in select news papers.
They should also submit the marks for the previous year and the details should reach the Minority Welfare Commissioner, 807, Anna Salai, Chennai – 2 before September 23.
