Vans As Shuttle Service At X-Cut Road
Following representations from the merchant community on Cross Cut Road, the district administration will operate vans as shuttle service for the convenience of those visiting the shops shortly.It may be recalled that the administration in association with the police and Corporation imposed a ban on parking of four wheelers on Cross Cut Road recently.Operation of four vans, which would be operated as shuttle services
The merchants had appealed to the Collector, Neeraj Mittal, seeking introduction of some alternate proposals.Based on the suggestion from the merchants, the administration has permitted operation of four vans, which would be operated as shuttle services two each in each direction.The service would be free of cost, the district administration sources said.
