Proud NCC Cadets
Lt.Col.Pankaj Gaur and Subedar Major Shinde with the cadets of 4 (TN) Battalion NCC in Coimbatore. C.Thilip of Government Arts College, and Ganesh Babu and Silvendra of Chikkanna Government Arts College, Tirupur, were selected to represent Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Andaman and Nicobar NCC Directorate at New Delhi. These cadets from 4 (TN) Battalion NCC had to compete with those from other States in various military events such as firing, obstacle course, and map reading. They won the first place in obstacle course and silver medal in firing.
The Government of Tamil Nadu recently felicitated these cadets with cash awards in recognition of their achievements. The cadets were trained by Lt.Col.Pankaj Gaur.
