Signature Campaign
The Coimbatore Cancer Foundation will carry out a signature campaign on June 1 to mark the World No Tobacco Day. Mayor R. Venkatachalam will inaugurate the campaign, the foundation said in a press release. Campaign materials such as handbills will be distributed among the public at the clock tower at Town Hall to spread awareness on the ill-effects of tobacco, the release added.
