Coimbatore Included In Lenovo Training Prog

Lenovo has concluded a 70 city training programme that covered more than 1000 store representatives and business partners. The training was conducted across Tier II and Tier III cities, which included Coimbatore, Dehradun, Hisar, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jammu, Raipur, Sholapur, Nagpur, among others. The training predominantly involved imparting knowledge on soft skills and information on latest Lenovo products such as the Y510. One of the key highlights was a mock session, to ensure a more practical learning over theoretical concepts.

To ensure that store representatives understand the offerings from Lenovo better and the right message is conveyed to prospective customers, Lenovo had developed exclusive product specific message sheets for its entire range of products. The training focused on ‘Lenovo Methods of Selling’ wherein the word Lenovo was broken down to elucidate the sales process on the store front:L- Listen to your prospective customer,E- Evaluate his/ her needsN- Need confirmation from clientO- Offer the right solution,V- Validate solution and handle objectionsO- Order and close the dealLenovo has scheduled such training sessions every quarter to keep business partners updated on Lenovoâ latest product range.
This initiative ultimately benefits end-customers since Lenovo’s partners are able to understand their requirements better and offer the most appropriate solution, thereby maximizing customer satisfaction. Most importantly, this program ensures development of Lenovo’s channel partners, considering it covers not only product-related information but also essential, sales-specific soft skills.
