The 50th and the seventh all India basketball tournaments for the Nachimuthu Gounder Cup and the CRI Pumps Trophy for men and women will be held at the VOC Park basketball courts here from May 10 to 15. Being the golden jubilee year, the Coimbatore District Basketball Association plans to hold an exhibition covering the events over the last 49 years besides honouring the district players who had figured in the inaugural edition.
