Ford Launched Roadside Assistance Service
Ford India has launched Roadside Assistance Service in Coimbatore for ensuring customers a hassle-free driving experience in and around the city. The 24-hour service would be accessible through a national toll-free number providing on-site assistance services such as mechanic service for minor repairs on-site, transportation of car to service centre if required, fuel delivery, jumpstart of batteries, assistance to unlock cars, towing assistance and much more.The RSA was launched in November 2007. In less than five months, the coverage of the services was extended to four more markets. Together with Coimbatore, the third phase would see the initiatives taken forward to Jaipur, Kolkata and Ahmedabad.
