Training In Preparing Chocolate & Confectionery Products

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University will organise a training in preparing chocolate and confectionery products on August 11 and 12 on the university premises. According to a university release, the training will cover the preparation of the following aspects: fondant, fudge, toffee, caramel, chikkies, chocolate, marzipan, marshmallow, etc. Those interested can attend by paying a fee of Rs. 1,000.
