Training on Milk products !
The Veterinary University Training and Research Centre, Coimbatore, of the Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, will organise a free on-campus training in preparation of milk products on August 4 and 5.
According to a release, the training will comprise lectures on clean milk production and basic principles in the preservation and processing of milk. It will also include demonstrations on the preparation of value-added milk products like paneer, khoya, flavoured milk, rasagulla, etc.
The number of participants is restricted to 25. Interested dairy farmers and entrepreneurs can contact the centre on 0422-2669965 for registration; or visit the centre at Kalapatti Pirivu, Saravanampatty.
