Agri training programme
A training programme in vermi compost production will be held at the Department of Environmental Sciences of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University on September 3.According to a university release, training will imparted on production, enrichment, application, etc. Hands-on training will be given in production of vermi compost using various wastes.Farmers, managers involved in bio-degradable waste management units of industries, and entrepreneurs can attend.Training fee will be Rs. 300.
