Prof B Chandrasekaran, Director of Research, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) has been conferred with the 'The fellow of Indian Society of Agronomy' award. The award, carrying a citation, was presented during a national symposium of Indian Society of Agronomy, which instituted the award, held at the Navsarai Agricultural University, Gujarat last month, a TNAU release said on Monday. Chandrasekaran has been given the honour in recognition of his oustanding contribution in the field of agronoy science, the release said.
