Special Buses To Karamadai
The Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Coimbatore division, has proposed to operate special buses to Karamadai from eight places in Coimbatore district from March 10 to March 12 on account of the car festival of the Arulmigu Aranganathar Temple.
A release from the TNSTC said that special buses would be operated as follows; 50 on Coimbatore – Karamadai, 35 on Coimbatore – Karamadai, 10 on Mettuppalayam – Karamadai, 10 on Annur – Karamadai, 10 on Somanur – Karamadai, eight on Tholampalayam – Karamadai, two on Velliangadu – Karamadai and two on Sirumugai – Karamadai. Special buses would be operated from other places depending on the need and to regulate the passengers and operation of buses adequate staff were being deployed.
