Now Moible Bills in Tamil !
Moible service provider Hutch has launched billing services in Tamil, along with nine other languages. In a release, Harit Nagpal, Marketing Director of Hutch said that providing billing services in a language of the subscriber's choice was a customer-friendly measure. Hutch customers can now receive their bills in 10 different languages: Tamil, English, Hindi, Punjabi, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati and Malayalam. In addition, Hutch customers can now pay their bills through credit card over phone.
Customers can call the Hutch Care Helpline 111, and request for bills in Tamil or any language of their choice. They will then receive bills in their preferred language from the next billing cycle onwards. This will be offered to Hutch customers in Chennai and Tamil Nadu at no extra charge.
Such service innovations provided value to customers, and also increased user convenience and loyalty, he said.

Hutch customers can pay their bill through Master, VISA and Diner cards. The customer just needs to call Hutch Care Helpline 111 and choose the `pay-by-credit card' option from the billing and payment menu and follow the simple steps.
Upon completion, the transaction would be confirmed through an SMS giving a reference number for further enquiries. The fully automated process was secure and thus safe. There were no extra charges for the transaction as calls to 111 were free. Payments received through this mode would be posted online, thus updating the subscriber's account instantly.
