South'n' Spice - Food festival at Coimbatore
The Association of Catering Science and Hotel Management of Karpagam Arts and Science College will hold the 7th edition of the food festival Bon Appetit 2007, named "South `n' Spice" on March 4 at the college premises.To be inaugurated by S. Ram Mohan, Group HR Manager, The Residency Towers, Chennai, the food festival will showcase around 60 popular dishes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
Drawn from the states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, the cuisine will be prepared by the students. A cultural programme by Fashion Runway, a group from Calicut will form part of the food festival. It will be open to the public from 6.30 p.m.
