Accident:
Asirvatham (35) and his 11-year-old son Sanjay Paul were killed when the moped on which they were travelling collided with a lorry on the Ukkadam Bypass Road in the city around 6.15 a.m. on Sunday.City police said the father and the son died on the spot. Asirvatham’s wife Vimali (31) and daughter Rosaline (6) were admitted to the Coimbatore Medical College Hospital with injuries. Their condition was said to be stable.
