Knowledge earned in the form of formal education would help the graduates in every opportunity as well as to negotiate every challenge. Mr. Elangovan stressed the importance of directed research with specific missions to achieve.

Exhorting the passing out graduates to take up a carrier in Defence Research and Development Organisation, Department of Space, Atomic Energy, Science and Technology he said that creating own Intellectual Property (IP) instead of doing outsourced work was the only way for India to create “knowledge wealth”.
