TNAU Conducting Training Prog

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University will conduct a training programme in convenience food products on May 6 and 7. According to a university release, training will be given in the preparation of pizza, burger, pav bajji, cutlet, samosa, fried rice, noodles, gobi manchurian, pani poori, sweet chutneys, channa masala, etc.

Preparation of home-made convenience foods will be taught to participants.


The advantage of convenience foods arises from the quantum of convenience it provides in saving time and labour in the kitchen. Preparation of home-made convenience foods will be taught to participants.Training fee is Rs. 1,000.
