Training On Masala Powder Preparation

A training in preparation of masala powder will be held at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University on August 5 and 6.According to a TNAU release, training will be given in the processing technologies involved in preparation of the following masala powders: channa, briyani, chilli chicken, chicken gravy, mutton, fish, garlic, vegetable kurma, puliyotharai and vathakulambu. Those interested can send in a Demand Draft for Rs. 1,000 drawn in favour of Dean (Agricultural Engineering), Coimbatore. The Demand Draft should be addressed to Professor and Head, Post Harvest Technology Centre, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimabtore – 641003, to register before August 4.
