Training in processed vegetable products
A training in processed vegetable products will be held at the Post Harvest Technology Centre of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University on May 14 and 15.
According to a TNAU release, training will be given in the processing technologies such as instant mixes, pickle, ketchup, chutneys, candy and dehydrated vegetables.
Those interested can send a Demand Draft for Rs. 1,000 drawn in favour of Dean (Agricultural Engineering), Coimbatore, to Professor and Head, Post Harvest Technology Centre, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimabtore – 641003.
