Bharati AXA life insurance started in Coimbatore
Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company Limited launched its operations in Coimbatore on Thursday.According to a release, this is the second branch after the one in Chennai. The third and fourth were launched simultaneously in Erode and Tirupur. The company is a joint venture of Bharti Enterprises and the AXA Group. It has plans to extend its presence in the city to three Airtel Relationship Centres in October. Bharti Airtel customers can have access to a range of life insurance services and advice on financial protection.According to Nitin Chopra, Chief Executive Officer, Bharti AXA Life, the three places had good literacy rates, need for insurance for financial protection and wealth management, good disposable incomes that needed not only be invested but also protected. It was expected to address the financial needs of diverse customer segments.
