Kairali Cultural Association will conduct Onam celebrations on September 21 at the SNR College auditorium. Pookalam competitions will be held followed by an inter-collegiate dance competition. Kaikottikali, cinematic dance and classical dance competitions will also be held. An Onam feast and panchavadyam will also be part of the celebrations. It will be inaugurated by Rural Industries Minister Pongalur N.Palanisamy. Film stars Jayaram and Lakshmi Gopalaswamy will inaugurate the cultural programmes.
