The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University will organise a training in preparing fruit beverages and candies on September 18 and 19 on the university premises. According to a university release, the training will cover the preparation of the following items: squash, syrup, cordial and candies. It will also involve packaging, finance and marketing of the products. Those interested can attend the training by paying a fee of Rs. 1,000.
