TNAU Organising Workshop

A training in processed vegetable products will be held at the Post Harvest Technology Centre of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University on June 17 and 18. According to a TNAU release, training will be given in the processing technologies such as instant soup mix, pumpkin petha, tomato chutney, coriander thokku, onion garlic powder, mixed vegetable pickle and onion pickle. Those interested can send a demand draft for Rs. 1,000 drawn in favour of Dean (Agricultural Engineering), Coimbatore, to Professor and Head, Post Harvest Technology Centre, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimabtore – 641003.
