Interview For Vocational & Computer Training
The District Collector V.Palanikumar has announced that interviews will be held on September 25 for selection of beneficiaries for vocational training and computer training. On September 26, interviews for beneficiaries under the vocational training for laboratory related jobs will be held, according to a press release that was issued here. Mr.Palanikumar said in the release that those who have passed class XII in the age group of 18 to 30 and who have physical disability could avail themselves of financial assistance of Rs.300 per month for a six-month course in computers.
This would be of great use to those who sought job oriented courses so that they could stand on their own feet. Those who have passed class XII in the faculty of science would be given assistance for the training in laboratory-related jobs. It would be held at the office of the district rehabilitation officer at the Collectorate.
