As a result of the rigid measures against spurious and cheap liquor, the offtake of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) liquor at the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation (TASMAC) outlets in State is growing at 15 per cent a month, said the Additional Director-General of Police (Enforcement), K.R. Shyamsundar, on Tuesday. During the first four months of the current year, the offtake of liquor from TASMAC was 93,08,449 cases whereas during the last three months, the sales has already touched 90,84,598 cases. The offtake was growing at 15 per cent.
