New Examination Management System Inaugurated At AU

Vice-Chancellor of Anna University, Coimbatore, R. Radhakrishnan (second right) inaugurating the examination management system at the university in the city on Monday. Anna University, Coimbatore, adopted the integrated Examination Management System (EMS) here on Monday. The system will comprise online registration of candidates to publishing of results and printing of mark sheets and certificates. The system, provided by Mindlogicx Infotech Limited, will be implemented in a way which will allow the university to serve as a networking centre. Affiliated colleges will function as examination data centres.


The system will cater to about 75,000 students and 110 colleges across eight districts of Tamil Nadu. Inaugurating the EMS, Vice-Chancellor R. Radhakrishnan said the digital shift would aid in managing examinations virtually in a transparent, efficient and foolproof manner. It would also be used for online hall ticket generation, secured question paper delivery, multiple digital evaluations, tracking of students’ performance and performance analysis.
