National Seminar On Cancer Biology
The PSG College of Pharmacy here will hold from November 20 to 22 a national seminar on “Cancer-Biology and Development of New Chemical Entities”. A press release from the college has said that the seminar was being sponsored by the Central Government’s Department of Science and Technology and the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research.The objective of the seminar was to create a common platform for the academic and industrial researchers.Around 200 delegates were expected to present their research findings. The topics include ‘Alternative System of Medicine in Cancer Therapy- Ayurvedic Perspective’, ‘Drug Delivery Systems in Cancer Therapy’, ‘Cancer Genetics’ and ‘Future of Cancer Research’.
